Honey Caramels

We all like to enjoy a nice sweet treat, hopefully this will do the trick, simple, easy and delicious…

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups Honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Place sugar, honey and salt into saucepan, boil until hard ball stage (250°F, stirring occasionally. Add butter and milk gradually to the mixture, so that the mixture continues to boil (mixture is not to stop boiling). Cook rapidly to hard ball stage (250°F). Stir constantly so mixture does not stick.

Pour into a buttered pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Wrap individually in waxed paper
