Honey Grilled Chicken

• 4 Chicken breasts (sliced approx 1 inch thick)
• 25mls lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 clove garlic
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine lemon juice, honey, garlic and black pepper to make marinade, mix well.
Place chicken slices in shallow dish and pour over marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken slices from marinade, place under the grill and cook for ten to fifteen minutes turning once. Baste with marinade whilst cooking.
Serve with fresh salad or your choice of vegetables.
