Ginger & Honey Tea

This time of the year it is hard to keep those winter chills away, so for a natural remedy try this wonderful Ginger & Honey tea.

Ginger & Honey Tea loosens nasal congestion, eases a sore throat and relieves winter chills.


  • 3 teaspoons fresh greated ginger root
  • 500ml water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Simmer the ginger and water in a covered pot for ten minutes. Remove from heat, strain, add lemon juice and honey. Drink as desired.
